La Dolciaria La Fenice Srl was established in July 1999. It is located in the municipality of Reitano (Me), on the western side of the Nebrodi Mountains, about 500 meters from the Santo Stefano di Camastra (Me) motorway exit.

Since 1999, it produces, at the artisan level, typical Sicilian confectionery products of large consumption.

The entrepreneurial initiative was born from the stubbornness of Mrs. Testagrossa that in the nearby Mistretta has the objective of making known the Sicilian confectionery delicacies outside the Sicilian borders.

The proposed desserts have as their common element the precious Sicilian almonds and find the highest expression in the production of "Almond Paste" and "Marzipan Fruit".

In the following years the range of products has been enriched with the production of artisanal crisps, crisp and a line of pretzels for aperitifs. The objective set by the entrepreneur has been slowly but constantly achieved, as the products have reached consumers throughout Italy, Europe and the world, through different distribution channels.

The success is born above all from the careful choice of the raw materials employed, from the love for the own earth and from the high quality of the logistics that allows to reach any destination in a few days.
